A really interesting course which covers loads of different topics. It’s full of examples so if you like learning about loads of different things in little depth this is a great course. If, however, you like to choose one aspect and go into it in loads of detail, I felt this course doesn’t really offer this.

Whilst Animals is often viewed as an ‘easier’ option (but then again what is easy at Cambridge?), I actually found this was the module I struggled most with in 1B as some of the essay titles at first glance seem quite abstract and the short answer questions are quite strange at times. So don’t pick this subject just because you think it’ll help you get a first – I promise you you’ll regret it!
